We at Puppy shop support and train our families until they feel comfortable with their pet. in.

Purchases, Pricing & Availability

Product descriptions, prices and availability are accurate as of the date-time indicated and are subject to change.
We may restrict access to certain geographic areas or limit the quantities of any products or services provided; any such restrictions or limitations will be indicated on the website.

Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations: Accepted within 24 hours of ordering, as long as delivery hasn’t been scheduled. Refunds took between 6–7 days including the weekends.

Returns/Exchanges:

Pet accessory or supplies (if provided): Within 3 days after receiving, It should be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging with evidence.

Things like *Wrong items *Damaged items should be reported to us within 24 hours with images / videos.

Shipment & Delivery

We work as a team with reliable delivery companies to deliver products on time and safely.

You can expect to receive 5-7 working days delivery; urgent orders or orders for pre-booked books can be discussed separately.

User Conduct

You agree to:

Not infringe the law or use the site in any unlawful way (example, hacking or spamming).
